The Good Outcomes platform is currently offered as a beta service. By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may suspend or terminate the beta program at any time
• Beta access may be subject to additional terms and conditions

Good Outcomes is a regulatory intelligence platform designed to help financial services organizations manage conduct oversight and Consumer Duty compliance. The Service provides:

• Unified data management for conduct-related signals
• AI-powered classification and analysis tools
• Workflow automation and intelligence capabilities
• Evidence generation and reporting features
• Regulatory context and guidance

You agree to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATAEQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DataEQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of Service materials.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
